REVIEW: Swap Steffi Love Plus Two Fashionpacks

Hello Blogreaders,

I am a german Fashion doll, and my name is Steffi Love.
I am from Simba Toys, and Calaminthe found me in Tedi, Germany, but she saw that you also can for example find me in MΓΌller too.

This is my review.

The picture above shows me, still in my package.

As you can see, it is not really a box, it is more like a display, because it is open.

The good thing is, there isn't much plastic, just cardbord stuff...
my hair is sewn onto the pink background, so you will find it still quite nicely when you free me from it.

At the bottom of the package you see, that I am "SWAP Steffi Love", and there still is the pricetag on it.
The whole package design is purple with a little big pink and looks glittery and party themed.

At the back of the box, you will find two photos of myself that tell you that you can swap my dress from silver to rainbow colours.

Under it, you will find firm information.

On the bottom of the left side, you will find a serial number, which Calaminthe guesses identifies me.

At the other side, you will find the Simba firm logo.

Here I am, freed from the package.

I have the size of a common Barbie doll which is 29 cm, slightly pale skin and long blonde hair.
At the front, the hair is side parted.

I don't come with accessories like a doll stand or a brush, but thats okay, I am a budjet doll.

From the back you can see how long it is! It is also very soft and nicely rooted, and I guess the hair quality makes it necessary that you better brush it from time to time if you want it to stay as beautiful as it is.

And here is my face-up.

Calaminthe thinks it is a little bit sad that the only Steffi Love dolls she can find in the stores always have blond hair and blue eyes, she would love to have more variations, like dark skinned dolls or other hair colours.

But since I am the first Steffi doll she brought home at all, she thinks it is okay that I am the "typical blonde".

I have a simple, basic face, that isn't too spectaculair but nevertheless looks quite nice, and I have an open smile and pink lipstick.

Now to the dress that gives me the name.

It is mainly pink, and a simple mini dress with transparent plastic shoulder straps that hold it in place.

At the front, there are the swap style paillettes. I found out that you get several variations of this dress with different paillette colours.
Those on my dress are, "brushed" down, silver.

But when you "brush" them from the bottom to the top, they are rainbow coloured!
So you have one dress with two different looks.

I am also coming with a pair of pink pumps that have a little heart on top with a bow.

Calaminthe left the transparent rubber band in place, so I wouldn't loose them, but they fit niceley.

Here you can see my body which is a nice basic fashion doll body.

You can move me at my neck, shoulders and hips.

At MΓΌller, Calaminthe also found out that you can get nice Fashion Packs for your Steffi Love dolls.
Those also will fit other 30 cm dolls, like Barbie or else.

In this case, it is a bridal fashion. They are usually cheaper in price as Mattel fashion, but nevertheless the quality is really nice.

The bridal dress comes in a blister pack in mainly pink with my name and a brideal artwork on it and a pink background that shows a romantic wedding arcade. You also will find the word "Wedding" printed on it in white letters - the name of the fashion pack series.

Here you have a look at the back of the pack.

In the bottom right corner, you can see the measurements of the dolls the dress with fit, and under it, the serial number.

And here I am wearing the dress.

Look how great it fits!

The dress itself is made from white satin, and it has a checkered part at the breast and a pink sewn on belt with a pink rose detail.

The skirt part has a second layer made of white tull with glitter.

The veil is also made from white tull, and it has a pink diadem sewn on so you easily can put it onto my head.

Again there are a pair of pumps with bow and heart detail, this time they are of course white.

Also, a little later, Calaminthe bought a second Fashion pack for me.

This time it is an evening gown, perfect maybe for a princess.

There is an artwork of me wearing a pink dress printed on, and the background shows a ballroom scenery.

Also it says: "Glamour" which is the name of this series.

Here we also have enlarged the serial number for you so you maybe can find this dress in the net or at your local toy seller, with a little luck.

And here you can see how I look like wearing this dress.

It is light purple, also mainly made of a satin material with a wide skirt part.

The dress has one tull shoulder that is decorated also with a pink flower on the dress. The tull material of the shoulder has some glitter.

The skirt part has a glitter pattern printed on.

Be careful - this glitter comes off easily and will be sticking everywhere! Maybe some of you have some ideas how to save the glitter of coming off, but that is a problem glitter most of the time has in general when glued on doll dresses.

The dress also came with a little purple purse that cannot be opened, it is just an accessorie, and another pair of pumps with heart and bow, this time in purple.

Well, I hope you liked these reviews.
Calaminthe plans to buy more fashion for me in future, if she finds some she likes for me.

Further Steffi dolls are not planned so far, because they all will be blonde and blue eyed possibly.

but nevertheless, her facit is I am a nice quality doll that children will have fun to play with for a nice price.

Have a happy weekend and a nice week,

Happy Easter 2019

Hello Ghouls, Mansters, Normies, Wizards, Witches, Muggles and who else likes to read this blogspot!

Here is Cleo deNile doing the weekly blogspot for you, and as you may have guessed or seen in the header today, it is our Easter Blogspot!

This week, I was outside in the nearby woods again to do some pictures, but I wasn't the only one.

Also out there near Thieringhjausen, Olpe had been Minerva McGonagall, maybe to do a little practice with her wand - not that it would be necessary, because she is one of Harry Potters teachers, as Harry Potter Fans well know.

Also there - I don't know, can you see him? - was Pickett, Calaminthes latest add to her growing collection of Harry Potter Merchsandise. Pickett is a character in the movie "Fantastic Beasts and where to find them" and he is a Bowtruckle.

Well that wasn't easter themed, but this is:

It is one of three new easter outfits Clawdeen came up with this year. She drew lots who should get some, but in this case she decided that Iris Clops should be the first one this year, because she thought the green fabric she had with sheep motive could be perfect for the Cyclops ghoul.

Together with this cute skirt (look at that cute chick on the head of that sheep) she got a new top, a dark brown linnen one, and of course a pair of bunny ears on a headband, also brown with pink on the inside.

And the two lots she drew fell on two of her own siblings, in this case her older brother Clawd Wolf.
Clawd wasn't so happy to be the first MH boy to wear bunny ears, but at least he agreed, because Clawdeen also made a new muscle shirt for him, turquise with a little bit of stud detail at the front and a pair of bermudas in blue with diamonds pattern that match the dark blue bunny ears.

And here is Clawdeens smallest sister, Weredith Wolf, also with easter clothing: a baby blue bodice and a purple and white checkered little skirt. Her bunny ears are very big, but she prowdly wears them, she seems to like playing a were-bunny.

And here is a group picture of those three, together with the werecat-twins Meowlody and Purrsephonee who got their easter fashion last year.

And with this nature picture I want to say goodbye for today, have a majestic easter and a fangtastic week!

New Spring Fashion And New Dolls

Hello Blogmonsters,

Welcome to a brand new weekly blogspot, here is Clawdeen Wolf!

Today, I want to show you the latest spring fashion I did. This time they are just four, so far, one more is in progress, but I don't know when I will be able to finish it.

Inh Calaminthes life, there are changes going on.
One of them is, that she now has a full time job, but this also means, that she doesn't have as much time as before to spend together with us dolls and make pictures, go outdoors or help me designing and making doll clothes (of course you may have guessed that I can't do them all alone πŸ˜‰ )

Well, nevertheless, there is still a lot of stuff that can be posted.

Today, as I said, there will not just be some new outfits - sorry for not posting the sketches I did also, but there isn't so much time, maybe later on facebbook - but also I want to introduce the latest two members of Calaminthes doll household, two that will not be reviewed.

One of those - and our fb friends already know - is Rose.

She is a Made To Move Barbie doll with dark skin and long, brown ponytail.

She will not be reviewed because her new friend Emma made a long MTM review a short time ago which you can find here.

Emma came here two days after that review was posted.

The other new doll is Ginny Weasley, sister of Ron Weasley and friend of Harry Potter.

Ginny will not be reviewed because everything she wears and also her body is exactly the same as Hermione grangers of the same series, whose review you can find here.

Welcome, Rose and Ginny!

Well then!

Lets start with this years spring fashion, which I am prowd of, even though so far I didn't finish the five I wanted. The last one will be posted as an exclusive for the fans of my fb page later.

So, here is my new outfit for this spring.

I played around with pastel colours this year and made a yellow top and green-white checkered pants together with an offwhite lace chasuble.

As accessories, I have a pair of apricot coloured earrings and a long necklace.

For Cleo, I came up with a loose-fit shirt with 3/4 sleeves together with a skirt made of a white material with very light bisque flowes.

In her ears, she is wearing a pair of self-made white trancelucent bead earrings with rhinestones.

For Lorna McNessie, I made a skirt that is blue and white checkered together with a blue metallic top that has a scale pattern and looks like a verst at the bottom. Over it, Lorna is wearing a bisque velours cardigan with golden fake button details.

And here is the last finished spring outfit for today.

Marisol Coxi is wearing a very colourful new dress that speaks for itselves under a white bolero cardigan with pompom border at the bottom.

Well, and here is the little groupshot of us four.

And with this picture I want to end todays blogspot.

I hope you liked it and want to say goodbye for today!

Have a fangtastic weekend and a clawsome week,

REVIEW: Monster High Scarah Screams Dressed As Toralei Stripe

Meow!

My name is Toralei Stripes...

just joking!

I am Scarah Screams, but today I want to review myself dressed as Toralei Stripes.

This version of me had been part of the Freaky Fusion Series.

I never had been shown like this in the Freaky Fusion Boovies, but at the end Clawdeen shows a sketch of this outfit.

Well, let's start.

My box looks like most of the Freaky fusion boxes.

There are electric blots on a black background all over the box.

On the upper left corner you find a hint that the Freaky Fusion DVD came out in 2014 - and so did the dolls.
On the right side you can see the Monster High logo and writing and at the bottom is a picture of me in my signature look, together with a sign that tells you that I am a "FUSION INSPIRED GHOULS" doll and my name.
On the left, there is a metal look heart symbol that says Freaky Fusion in different colours.

On the back you can again find the MH writing together with the signature scullette,
and under that again a picture of my signature look and, at the right, it tells my name again and then it is said:
"The fusion trend inspired me to dress as Toralei".

Then there again is the metal heart and a frame that has the same look, and in there it is said, what the Boovie is about in different languages.

Then, on the bottom, you get the usual firm infearmation.

Here is the left and the right side of the box. The left side is mainly plain and has a plastic window, the right side is black with electric bolts and has the Monster high name on it.

When you open up my box, you will find me pinned on the background like this together with a doll stand and a brush.

The background display itself shows part of a laboratory that is part of the boovie.

Stand and brush are the usual Monster High designed ones, just in yellow.

Well, and here I am, freed from the box.

Of course I will talk about every single piece I came with, as well as about my body.

Let's start with a headshot.

First: My head is the usual headsculpt, with normal ears at the side and all.

But I also have a headband with cat ears that have the light green colour of my skin and orange inside. The headband itself is black.

My eyebrows are black, too, I am wearing black eyeliner and orange eyeshadow and a dark green lipstick that matches my skin tone.

My eyes are like always without pupils, just white.

On this profile picture you can see me without the headband.

My normally half long black hair is cut to a short bob in Toralei manner, and there is also a huge orange streak on one side, with cat stripes painted on.

I come with an orange bracelet that has a little bell and some studs sculpted on and with a purse that is mainly black with orange cat design parts at the front.

I am wearing an assymetric sleeveless top made from white wet look material. On the right there is a silver fake zipper detail, and it also has an assymetric collar. One half is white and the other half checkered in black and orange.

Over the top, I am wearing an orange belt with three rows of pyramid studs.

Here is the back.

The top is closed with velcro and the belt can be opened at the back.

As you can see, it holds the cat tail too.

Here you can see the belt and the tail, they are different parts.

Here are my pants.

They are long, black and have a checkered pattern, mainly in silver, but there are also some small patches printed on checkered in orange with black.

My shoes are a pair of high heel peeptoe shoes with studs at the top and thew soles. At the front, they are open and have painted on orange details.

My body is the standard classic MH body with articulation at the shoulders, ellbows and wrists, hips and knees.

My ellbows and wrists can be pulled out carefully to make it easier to dress me.

Here you can see it from the back.

There you can find the number 154 4HF1 printed on and further Mattel infearmation molded in.

Well, and of todays blogspot!

Meow... I will fool around a little bit and maybe spy out Toralei herself and the rest of the werecat crew... its easy for me, because one of my Monster Powers is to read minds!

So I can find out what they thing about my Toralei look!

Goodbye for today,

have a screaming good weekend and a mindblown week!
