Last Blogspot For 2015

Hello Blogmonsters,

Its Clawdeen here with the last blogspot this year...

Wow, this had been a busy week for me!
And of course a busy year!

All those new clothes I did for my friend and for myself. All those new friends...
And for next year, of course there is planned more!

On the picture above you see me after running through the maul called Citygalerie in Siegen. This had been on Tuesday. I didn't find anything new for me and the ghouls, but wow, had that been crowded!!! You can't see it in the pic because the shot had been taken on the way to the parking decks... you MAY guess it though, look at my weird hair!

Earlier that day though, Calaminthe brought these three new pieces of fabric from our favourite fabric store in Olpe... those could be some fangtastic new clothes for some of us!
At the moment it could maybe be a good idea to rush into fabric stores and watch out for party fabrics like these three.

Well, now to what I wanted to show you also before year ends.

You know I did some new party fashions for the ghouls - too bad I didn't have the new fabrics then but I think they nevertheless look kinda cute!

Lets start...

The oldest one of the new party looks had been for Gigi Grant. I used Spectras Tapefitty pattern to do this one. It is from orange panne velvet and pink veil material and looks very colourful, matches her hair and also is belly dance inspired - perfect for Gigis casbah style!

Here is a group picture with Jane, Marisol, me, Gigi and Catrine in the party fashions I did for them this year. You may have seen the other fashions earlier.

But there are more new ones.

Here is Meowlody showing her new party dress. I made this one from a piece of fabric our friend Christiane gave to us and added some paillettes at the bottom. In the back is a little Simon's Cat figure we downloaded and printed out once from the official Simon's Cat site but sadly it seems they don't have them anymore, sorry.

Her sister Meowlody got exact the same dress. It is not easy to see that the black velvet material has a silver shimmer, but the twins look great in their new dresses.

Usually they like differences in their fashion but this time they agreed to have a matching look.

Gooliope got a neckholder dress in red and gold that matches her circus look perfectly. A big red velvet corsage belt holds it at the middle and for her head I added a furricious golden headband.

For my brother Clawd I came up with this look - real black leather pants, a brown roll-neck top without sleeves that looks sooo 1960es and a black panne velvet blazer with golden dots and collar. The only thing that doesn't fit at all are his flip-flops! He really, really needs to get some new pairs of shoes!!!

And then, after Christmas, and after she asked me again and again at least I finished another party outfit for Cleo that had been in my scetch book for sooo long:

A black wet look catsuit, a golden fishnet vest holded by a long golden ribbon and a net cap!

And this is definetely the last picture for 2015, the group pic with all the new outfits.

I really hope you had a good year - mine wasn't bad.

And I hope we will meet here again in 2016!

Some things I simply will continue as I did this year, but I also will try to find interesting new stuff to post. We'll see.

Well, we are at the end and I wish you

A HAPPY BOO YEAR!

IRIS CLOPS REVIEW And More Clawsome Christmas Gifts

Merry Christmas Blogmonsters!

Here is Clawdeen with another huge blogspot.

I have promised you to post serveral things before the year ends, and I want to begin to to this quite now.

The material would be enough for two posts, but I put those in one:

- The Review of our new friend Iris Clops
- Some presents we got
- Introducing Calaminthest beast friend to you

I think we start with reviewing Iris.

Here is the box she came in.
The series she is part of is a Toys'R'Us Special named
"I <3 Fashion"
(I heart fashion, I love Fashion)

Earlier boxes of the series have a different design, I don't describe it in detail but here you see how it looks like at the front.

Here is the boxes back.

The cute artwork shows Iris Clops' portrait, its the same one you find in smaller sizes at one site and the boxes front.

Here is the display of the box. Behind the display you'll find stand and brush, on the display this is how Iris is posed with everything else she comes with, and that is much and one reason why Calaminthe and I love the I love Fashion series so much.

The display shows a part of Iris room with serveral mirrors. ON one of them you even can see Iris' face!

Here is everything Iris comes with and that is not added to her body.

She has three complete fashion outfits, complete with accessoires, three pairs of shoes and much jewellery. Also she has a handbag you see later, a black brush and a black MH doll stand.

We will show you the fashions later on Iris herself.

Here is the first combination, the fashion she wears when she comes.

But before we describe it in detal we want to describe Iris herself.

As the daughter of the Cyclops, Iris has one huge eye in the middle of her face. Her skin is green and she has long straight brown and green hair  that is done into a braid over her head with a pink streak and ends in a long ponytail.

Here is a picture of her upper part.

The closeup shows that Iris has light green eyeshadow and a darker green lipstick that matches the colour of her hair. Iris doesn't have an eyebrow but big black lashes.

Around her cute nose, she has some freckles.

In her ears she wears a pair of eyeball earrings, she has a white necklace also with an eyeball that has black batwings and six bracelets in different colours, sizes and designs.

Around her half sleeved shirt with very colourful print and repeating the eye motive she has wrapped a green rope belt.

Also she has a black handbag with eyeball motive.

Iris' leggings are white with an eyeball motive in different colours, and her first pair of shoes are turquise ancle boots with eyes on the toes - one closed and one open so that it looks like the shoes would twinkle ;-)

Here is her second outfit.

We didn't do a picture of Iris without clothes but she has the usual normal sized MH body without anything special.

The second outfit is an all day fashion maybe for warm days.

It is a hot pink top with a colourful skullette print with just one eye, a skirt in black and white, also with some skullettes hidden in the print with pink bowties and a turquise belt.

At her feet she wears a loveley pair of black shoes that have a very neutral design and would look clawsome on every ghoul I know.

Her third fashion is a party dress with a ruffled black lurex extra and a batwing eye pattern in different colours on a black ground and a berry coloured batik cardigan.

Her third pair of shoes are a pair of pink gladiators with bowties everywhere. The design is the same as on Basic Meowlodys boots.

Also with this outfit comes a little turquise necklace.

On this picture you also can see a little bit better how her hair is done.

Well, that had been the rewiew part of our blogspot.

Here you see me opening some more clawsome gifts we got.

The package arrived some days before christmas.

On the bottom right corner you already can see one piece that has been part of the gift that had been sent to us by our friend Christiane Maus.

Here are some of the clawsome things that were hidden in all those small packages: Wonderful bracelets that Calaminthe loves and wears, some keychains, a piece of black plush that I can use for crafting as well as some skull beads and other fangtastic things for doing MH clothes later.

But this wasn't everything!!!

Here you see some braids, one with rhinestones, one blue and one elastic black lace one...

...also included had been many beautiful new patterns for doing clothes...

Not to forget some very fine new pieces of fabrics.

Whoa... that means a lot of work for me next year, but I am soooo very happy with all this and can need this very badly. I already have some ideas what to do with the one or other piece later!

Thank you sooo much Christiane!

This is not the last picture for today.

These three things had been part of the huge clawsome christmas present Calaminthes beast friend Jianne Phoenix gave to her.

But the MH things had not been everything, she also got some Father Brown DVDs, fangtastic jewellery, some sweets and more!!!

I decided to let you have a look at the three MH things being part of the gift.

The book on the left is a fangtastic colouring and activity book. You can be very creative with it, use it as a guide for your own MH character, running through mazes, hanging around with us or your beastie, designing fearleading uniforms, food, partys and else.

There is so much fun in this book that Calaminthe already has started this morning to make it her very own book.

The second book belongs to the ones of Gitty Daneshvari and is translated into german.
It is also a very active book but also includes a short story and very cute artwork pictures of some of us.
It is a must-have for everybody who collects the books and completes the second series.

The third thing is the 2015 MH calendar which had been fangtastically cheap. Yeah, of course 2015 is almost over but we wouldn't have wanted to miss the clawsome high colour motive posters that are part of it.
You sure will find parts of those motives later on pictures Calaminthe does for the blog showing new fashion I will do ;-)

Jianne has sent so many gifts to Calaminthe during her long years of frienship... Camalinthe cannot even count them.

Thank you so much Jianne, we cannot honour everything you did for us enough.
All the MH books wouldn't be Calaminthes without you and so much else!

So she thought it would be time to give her Beastie a face. And this pencil sketch is the last picture I want to show to you today:

Say hello to Jianne Phoenix, daughter of the sun phoenix!

Maybe Calaminthe will ink this later and add some colours to it.

Well, this is now the end of todays blogspot.

Thank you very much again Christiane and Jianne for those fangtastic christmas presents.

I will do one more post before the year ends becaue I want to show you the latest party fashion for my friends. I still have one in progress,

I hope you had - or still have - a clawsome Howliday!

Bye for today

xxx Clawdeen xxx

BTW sorry for mistakes and errors, I don't have more time to correct them all but I really hope you will get what I want to say!

MOUCEDES KING Review And A Package Again

Hello Ghouls and Mansters,

here is Cleo deNile with the second rewiew for this week.

On or after christmas, there will be the third, and also this year, Clawdeen wants to show you if we maybe get something more to christmas and of course the latest party clothing.

This then will be the last posts in 1950, we guess.
Oh yes, but they have to be this year...

After the rewiew today, there are some more pictures I want to show you about another package that arrived yesterday, so please stay and watch the blogspot until the end, yes?

But now I start what was promised for today!

As you may know, on Thursday some new ghouls joined our crew, and one of those is Moucedes King.

Many of you may know her already from the Boo York Boo York Musical DVD which is a must-have for any Monster High fan.

I don't review her box this time because its the same one as Luna Mothews box, just with Moucedes artwork at the front.

Of course stand, brush and diary also look the same as Lunas, but since they are different from the standart black ones it is maybe a good idea to show those again.

The stand and the brush have a silver crystal look this time, the stands piece that holds the doll is clear.

Moucedes diary is sand coloured with a turquise skullette and doesn't include pictures but her bio and some diary notes in different languages.

Here is Moucedes herself. She comes in a gala dress with accessoires. Moucedes skintone is grey, she has a long, thin rat tail in pink and two cute huge ears on top of her heas those are pink inside. Her hair is long, candy pink and wavy and combed at the front to one side in her Upper Beast Side style.

Moucedes' dress is a one piece dress that has a neckholder top part in a fake leather material in black with gold dots which I would maybe describe best as a "negative cheese design".

The skirt part has a black tull underskirt and the skirt itself is golden with a pattern that shows crystal and rat scull motives. It is short at the front and long at the back. The material is very stiff.

Moucedes is accessoirized with a shoulder/collar piece in grey that has the crystal theme as well but has holes in it, maybe to repeat the cheese theme.

Also she has a blinging little tiara on her head with a comb part to fix it in her hair, sadly it doesn't work out too good when we tried it so maybe, if you would to let her as she is, it maybe a good idea not to cut off the platic that holds it in the box. As the shoulder piece the diadem has a hole at the front.

In the same colour of the shoulder piece Moucedes wears two hanging christal earrings and in the same colour as the tiara she has a belt with long crystal pieces hanging down.

On this picture you can also see very good that Mouceds skin isn't just grey but kind of sparkling.

Her eyes are candy pink with a dreamy look and her eyeshadow is in a light turquise tone that matches her accessoires.

Her lips are light pink and you can see her rodent teeth as well as some black whisker dots under her tiny light pink nose.

Moucedes shoes also are in a silvery grey tone, repeat the crystal theme and have the rat skull motive at the front.

Here is a look on Moucedes body. IT has the small MH doll size (some call it "little sister type body".

The tail - we didn't try it out yet - should be removable. Her hands are like claws a bit and Moucedes has fur on her wrists and legs.

So... this had been Moucedes review part, and now, as promised, I have some more pictures.

Calaminthe changed some dolls against something for us with Viviane Maurer and the package came very fast and save just the next day.

After opening it, Calaminthe called Clawdeen, Lagoona and me to prove the content and we screamed our heads off after we saw what she ordered for each of us three!

Here you can see us a tiny little bit later - Clawdeen proving to huge pieces of fabric, Lagoona showing off her brand new Dead Tired Wave 1 pajamas and me trying on my new fearleading bandages.

Lagoonas pajamas are mega cute and the sleeping mask also had been included.

and here is what had been in for Clawdeen and for me:

- a complete fearleading uniform I wished for so long, even the earrings had been in
- Picture Day tunique and leggings also for me together with Gloom and Bloom Janes sandals who match this outfit very nicely,
- Clawvenus' dress, fake fur vest, shoes with pink accessoires, belt and handbag,
an extra green handbag which we don't know to whom it belongs as well as an extra pair of white skullette earrings who may be fearleading draculauras and a black brush.

Maybe somebody of you could tell us something about that green bag?

However, for today this is all, and I guess its enough new pictures, isn't it?

I wish you a great last advent week,

Cleo de Nile! <3

ISI DAWNDANCER REVIEW And Rochelles New Home

Hi Blogmonsters,

Clawdeen here with the weekly blogspot!

I am sooo exited! Christmas is close, it seems!

Look who found their way to us yesterday:

Three new friends!

Welcome to Iris Clops, Moucedes Kind and Isi Dawndancer!
Iris though will join us later, we have to wait until we really have her in our clique until christmas eve.

But we already have Moucedes and Isi with us....

So today, instead of showing the latest clothing I did, I will review one of them and this will be Isi.

Moucedes will follow on another day this week, the other planned things have to waint until... well, until it is time.

Also, at least Rochelle Goyle from our Christmas Giveaway arrived at her new home!

Here she is, talking to her new friend, Christianes Honey Swamp and showing her the things that came with her. They already have swapped items - Honey wears Abbeys clothes that had been part of the giveaway and Rochelle tries on brand new shoes.

You also see the fabrics that had been part of the giveaway, Christiane sure will sew clawsome new outfits for her ghouls out of them!

Well, now, as promised, time to review one of our new friends:

Welcome home to Isi Dawndancer from the "Brand Boo Students" series.

Here she still is in ger bootiful box.

Here is the back of her box where you can see a part of her stunning artwork much better. Also on the boxes back you can see Kjersti Trollson and Batsy Claro - maybe they will come to us as well some day.

Here you see Isi on her Display which shows a part of her former school.

In the bottom right corner you can see that she comes with a diary that looks like the standard basic diaries. Hidden behind the artwork there also is the usual black standard MH doll stand and brush. I forgot to take a picture of those items but I think everybody who already has some MH dolls knows how they look like.

So here is Isi freed from her box and display with everything else she came with. Her hair is superlong, turquise, straight, parted at the middle and open. We love it. Her skin tone is light brown.

Here is a closeup of Isis upper part where you can see her stunning huge brown eyes, her white freckles, her black nose and many things better.

Isi has white and grey eyeshadow and a soft terracotta red lipstick.

She wears a terracotta headband with a dreamcatcher on the site and a little turquise one at the front that holds a pair of antlers that matches her native american ethno look very well.

Her jewellery are one terracotta earring in her right ear, four triangle bracelets, two of them terracotta and two turquise and one necklace in a golden yellow with a moon motive.

She has a dark terracotta tunique with ethno patterns in her favourite colours.

Her shoes are turquise fringe peeptoe boots also with a dream catcher motive at the front, and she comes with a matching big dreamcatcher bag with golden bordering that can open and store some items for her.

Under her tunique, Isi wears this fangtastic black catsuit, also with ethnic patterns and, part of those, skullettes. You also can see very well here how she looks without her headband. I really love her hair....

As Isis is a deer and a new character she allowed us to show you her body. IT is the standard MH medium size body without any marks or tails or anything, but her feet are hooves!

We really are glad that Isi joined us and I already have first ideas for new clothes, but at the moment she is so happy with what she has and yes, her clothes are fangtastic.

Well, its the end of todays blogspot. Next one will be a Moucedes King Out-Of-Her-Box Review since you already saw the Boo York boxes. It will be posted this week, maybe tomorrow, if I have time.

Until then,

I wish you everything nice!
