Here is Cleo deNile with this years Halloween blogspot!

This year, I decided to call the main theme "Halloween Ghoul Of The Year" because Clawdeeen just finished one new outfit.

Also, do you remember our last giveaway some weeks ago?

We gave away some of our old fashion and other stuff.

This week, the winner, Lena, sent three pictures to us showing some of their ghouls modeling some dresses, and I want to show them to you.

But let us begin with this years:

HALLOWEEN GHOUL OF THE YEAR 2017

And it is:

Toralei Stripe!

Clawdeen designed a fierce Halloween costume for her, and Calaminthe shot some pictures.

So please enjoy the whole thing in detail:

As every year, Clawdeen choses traditional colours for Halloween:

Mainly orange, black and sometimes purple or white.

Toraleis costume is, as you can see, mainly orange with black and a little white.

In the local shops, she searches for Halloween themed fabric designs, but since in Olpe is not so much interest in self made outfits, the assortment is small.

This year, Clawdeen had bad luck and didn't find one.

So she designed one herself.

She took a piece of old orange batic T-Shirt fabric, cutted a rubber stamp herself, using a school rubber, created a Toralei-typical design, a cat head, and stamped lots of black cat heads with acrylic paint onto the material.

And there - she had a cute orange and black Halloween fabric design.

It seems Toralei had much fun doing the pictures, and she likes her costume very much.

Here are the details:

These cute scull earrings are a found at our local Tedi market maybe two years ago.

Little Tip: Did you know that you can swap your earrings with some of your Monster High dolls or buy some for them?

There are always some cheap but cute earrings out there ihn the shops, and whenever one of us finds some, we take them home.

They are not fine for us ghouls with "normal" ears, but ghouls like the Werewolfs and -cats, Gargoyles or others who have their ears in top of their head, they perfectly work.

Here is a close-up of Toraleis dress.

You can see the hand-made cat head pattern.

The sleeves and the bottom of the dress have lappet details, perfect for a werecat also.

The dress is completed with a black wetlook belt, closed with two cramps.

Under the dress Toralei wears a pair of black and white leggings.

I don't know how you think about it, but I personally think its now enough pictures of Tori's costume.

Here is Lenas Freak du Chic Honey Swamp, modeling Neferas old summer dress. I really like it on her!

And watch how cool Lenas Zombie Gaga rocks my old black felt coat with fake fur collar, together with Abbeys old party fascinator.

And look how scary sweet Basic Spectra looks in Clawdeens old purple pajamas!

REVIEW: Boo York Boo York

Hello out there!

This week it is on me, Nefera deNile, to do a blogspot.

This is, Clawdeen Wolf told me, because she didn't finish the complete fall fashion collection completely.

Well, I really hope she doesn't think I am just a stopgap!

At least, I do it because I hope she will make some more outfits for me in future.

And I do it because I changed my look again this week.

There are three versions of myself out there:

- Basic Nefera,

- The Sugar and Scream Double pack together with Amanita Nightshade. You can find the Review of that one here

-Boo York Boo York Nefera.

And this is about:

BOO YORK BOO YORK NEFERA DE NILE

I know there are some Reviews in Clawdeens Photoblog of the Boo York line already, and so the box already is shown.

But this is MY box, and I am doing this review myself, and of course I want you to pay some extra attention on it again.

At the right corner of the box, there is a hint that 2015 a DVD came out.

Its a Monster High Musical, and you should pay attention to it, because I have an important role in it.

My Boovie Outfit is the one I am going to show now.

Also at the front you can find a really nice piece of artwork of myself next to a lantern. Here is a closer look.

This is the boxes back. There is a lot of text and a Boo York Skyline at Night that really is worth a look.

When you pull the display out of the box, you will find me pinned like this to the background, which shows some of the Boo York buildings at night.

On the black "floor" is a little graphic that shows that you can pull off the ellbows and hand joints to change your dolls clothes.

At 2015, this was a quite normal doll, but the latest MH lines are not made to pull off pieces, so be careful and look if you find that graphic somewhere on or in the box first before you try to pull out arms of your own Monster High dolls.

Left of me, there is another Boo York building made from cardboard with the Monster High logo printed on.

Under it, you will find a silver coloured doll stand and Monster High brush with crystal themed ornaments.

And here I am, freed from the box, using my doll stand and showing you everything I come with.

Of course I will show you detail pictures of everything but the brush or the stand later.

For everybody who never bought a doll of myself before:

I am bigger then the usual Monster High student, my body has the so called "Big Sister Size".

My hair is open, long and straight, the main colour is a dark teal or turquise and there are streaks in black and one in white and some tinsels in copper.

My face shot is dark, but this way you can see my shimmering teint easily and also my intriguing make-up.

I am wearing black khajal around my eyes in glamourous ancient egypt manner, golden eyeshadow and highlights in turquise and gold to frame my perfect purple coloured eyes.

My lipstick is dark red, also with a light golden shimmer, and as always, I have a little diamond under my left eye. This time its a golden one.

On my head, I am wearing a black tiara with crystal shards and two cobras, and there are golden crystal shaped earrings hanging down my ears.

Over my dress, I am wearing a bright golden harness piece. One shoulder is accented with a beam of crystals over egypt style ornament, and the rest is shaped like mummy wraps and snakes winding around it.

I am wearing long, dark turquise gloves that are molded on.

Sadly, I don't come with a second pair of hands but if you have her too, you can swap my gloves with the arms of Sugar and Scream Nefera who has the same skin tone.

Here is my dress with out the harnish and tiara.

You can see me like this in Boo Yorks streets most of the time during the Boovie.

The dress is very dark blue and silky with a turquise pattern. The shoulder straps meet in the middle and end in a long "tie" piece that ends at the bottom of the asymetric cutted dress and enhances once more my ancient egypt heritage.

My whole outfit is completed with this turquise pair of high heel gladiator sandals.

The straps look like two winding snakes again while the heels are crystal shaped.

Next to my foot you can see the purple coloured crystal shard I come with. This thing has an important role in the boovie, but if you didn't see it before I don't want to spoiler.

Calaminthe was not sure if I had shown my body before.

Well, so far there is not much difference between my old and my newer versions.

Basic Neferas body is a bit darker then the other two, and this one has the long gloves.

On one shoulder, I have a brown birthmak which I usually prefer to hide. Once, for you - here it is. Now... forget about it.

The dress I am wearing now is not an original dress. Its also not a fashion pack or else, its a dress from Once Upon A Zombie SnowWhite, altered especially for me by Clawdeen.

REVIEW: Dance The Fright Away / Welcome To The Monster High Cleo deNile AND MH Minis Teddy Bear Ghouls Abbey Bominable

Hello Ghouls and Mansters,

Here is Cleo deNile with the weekly Blogspot.

And this week its all about my latest... well, the latest new look I got!

Oh yes, and about one more MH Mini too.

Well... but I don't want you to miss a tiny detail of my royal new party look.

I'll show you that a real princess knows how to dress.

The line is known under three different names:

WELCOME TO THE MONSTER HIGH

or

PHOTOBOOTH GHOULS.

Choose the name you like the beast.

 

Lets start with three pictures of my box.

Clawdeen who had been the first doll of his line who came to Calaminthes house already reviewed hers in this blogspot a while ago.

My box looks the same, only that of course you will find different pictures on it. Of course this time its all about me.

So I go on and show you how I look, still pinned on the background, when you open the box up.

Is it necessary to tell you once again that you won't find a brush, doll stand or diary?

Well, I guess I already told you now.

Here is a picture of my complete new look.

My body is the reboot body: half wrapped up in golden shimmering skin tone mummy wraps.

As every photobooth doll, I come with a half mask.

Mine is turquise and is an Horus Eye on a bamboo stick that I can hold in my hands.

My hair is very long, black with gold blond and dark turquise sreaks, has bangs and, at the back of my head, is a backcomb.

For the party, I wear eyeshadow in the colour of my eyes with golden highlights, and on my left cheek (for you the right) I wearfour diamonds under the eye.

Of course my signature diamond on the other cheek is there as well.

My lips are scarlet red.

My party dress is red with mummy wrap pattern and an asymetric layer in yellow, blue and turquise with typically ancient egypt motives, this time lotus flowers.

As accessories I am wearing a golden belt with a winged scarab as buckle and a necklace, also golden, with diamond motive.

Here is the dress without the jewellery. The shawl part is sewn onto the dress on the shoulders and at the waist, at the back it hangs down loose.

And here is a closer look on my necklace and belt.

My shoes are scarlet red as well, with egypt style zigzags all over and straps in the shape of snakes curling down my legs. Their little heads are where my toes are, and it seems they are rattle snakes because it looks like there are rattles on the top of the straps.

And yes - I promised you to review another new Monster High Mini Calaminthe brought home:

This time it is TEDDY BEAR GHOULS ABBEY BOMINABLE.

Abbey is from Season 2 and is a great find.

She has a cute open mouth with tiny teeth and a snowflake on her cheek.

What you see from her hair is mainly pink with a little bit white.

Her teddybear onesie is part white, part blue and on the belly is a purple and black print. Sorry we can't tell you what it might be.

Well, and this is the end of todays blogspot.

Lets hope that Clawdeen managed to finish this years fall collection next week. Otherwise there might be another Ghoul Special.

Its not that Clawdeen, and of course I as well, don't have ideas what to post.
