Welcome to Vandala Dubloons and Haunted DVD

Hello Blogmonsters!

I know I promised you another Ghoul Special for today and again I don't hold my promise.
Instead, the special, will be posted next week.

This week though is Haunted week, and since surprisingly one of the stars of the new MH-Boovie joined us, it will be all about this.

Our friend Spectra will do the rest of todays blog, and so for me everything left for today is to say goodbye but don't leave because the blog starts right now!

And I will continue doing fashion...

xxx Clawdeen xxx

Hello friends! Here is Spectra Vondergeist and... I am exited!
Of course you know me as professional blogger but on Clawdeens blog it is not often that I tell something to you, but this week its my turn to do so.

There happened some exiting things this week!

On Tuesday a good friend of me joined our clique, and after me, she is the second ghost that lives here! I introduce her to you soon.

And on Thursday, the new Haunted ("Verspukt" in German) DVD came out and we had the possibility to watch this boovie for the first time... and oooh, do I like it! But more later!

Now, as promised...

Welcome to my friend Vandala Dubloons, daughter of a pirate ghost!

"Arrrrgh, glad to be here now!"

You are very welcome, Vandala!
Well, I don't tell the readers about your bio but that's not necessary because they can find it in the box whenever they will buy a Vandala doll!

Instead, I start to show the blogreaders all the details we have on photo.

So, here is Vandala Dubloons as she came here, bootifully boxed and save from being harmed. On the upper left corner, there is a little picture of the Haunted DVD and in the lower corner you can see a picture of Vandala, as well as on the back of the box where you also can find a part of Vandalas bio.

Here is Vandala still on her display. The display shows the school Vandala is going to, it is the Haunted High. Next to Vandala you can see the stuff she comes with.

That is a doll stand in new shape. It is shaped as a chain and Vandala can "hang" on it so it looks like she is flying. Also, she comes with a new "ghostly" shaped brush. Both are in translucent blue or turquise.
As well, Vandala comes with her diary in different languages.

Now here is how Vandala looks when out of her box.

She has long seagreen and white hair and also a greenish body.
Sadly, she didn't come with her cute one-eyed squid pet named Aye.

Now to the details....

Vandala has bootiful purple eyes and wears eyeshadow which fits to her hair and powder coloured lipstick.
She has this spooktaculair pirate hat in peach which looks so fashionable. On the front, there is a blue pirate ship ornament with feather.

Vandala has a seagreen dress with nautic motives on it and also with some grey translucent parts. Also she comes with a grey bracelet and a grey striped scarf around her hips.
The showiest thing of her spooktaculair dress is the belt which is connected to a collar and shoulder piece and ends in the bottom in some chains with nautic motives. At the middle of this belt piece is an octopus.

Vandala has a peg leg which comes off. The heel is shaped as a mermaid galleon figure and it has many carved chain details. The other leg stucks in a bootiful turquise shoe with a pirate tresure heel!

Also, Vandala has this spooktaculair bag in form of an anchor with her own scullette logo and seaweed.

I am so glad to have her here now and of course Clawdeen promised to make fashion for her too!

And now to the Haunted boovie that came out yesterday on DVD.

Here is the german cover of the DVD.
The boovie comes as usually in this glossy cardboard cover and inside of that one is the normal DVD box that has the same motive.

It shows me in my Haunted Boovie Fashion, Vandala and Draculaura.

Of course I will not spoiler the boovie but I can tell you that Draculaura, Clawdeen, Twyla, Rochelle, Sirena von Boo and me - I hope I didn't forget someone - have a spooktastic adventure on the Haunted High School where we will meet my old friend Kyomi Haunterly, Vandala Doubloons, River Styxx and Porter Ghost....
it isn't an easy adventure. Make sure that you don't miss it and oh...
there are two extra Webisodes on the DVD and the first trailer of our upcoming musical Boo York, Boo York that will come out in fall!

Well, now we are at the end of todays blogspot...

next week is Easter and then Clawdeen said there will be the promised ghoul special.
and the week after she will continure showing you the latest spring fashion. She has some done already you didn't see yet...

Okay... I'd love to tell you more but I promised something.
What? Find it out in the Haunted boovie!

I wish you a great week and also a great eastertime!

The Latest Walks And Spring Clothes

Hello Blogmonsters,

it is Friday again and here is Clawdeen with the weekly blogspot.

Today I don't have much spooktaculair, but some nice pictures from walks again, some new spring outfits and again a shopping tour result.

Let's start with some pictures from outdoors.
Those three fotos above had been shot at the Gallenberg in Olpe, its a tiny little piece of wood in the middle on the town, like a park, but it isn't one.
They were made the week before this, but Cleo didn't blog them, so you see them this week instead.

And now, before I show you more pictures from outside, I start with new spring clothes I made for my friends.

There are just 3 of them. The first one this week I finished for Scarah Scream. She got a khaki striped dress with a little bit pink and a magenta coloured cardigan. This time I added the lace to the cardigan because it looks better.

Spectra Vondergeists spring dress is a little bit warm and dark. It is from purple knit material with silver scullette (and had been a normie mobile sock from the german MH magazine before). As you see, I know how to reuse those things for different occasions.

I added a piece of heavy black lace at the bottom and since the dress has short sleeves and a collar I decided to add a shawl instead of a cardigan, this time from black lace.

These three pictures - I couldn't decide which one to chose - show Lorna McNessies new spring clothes.
She got Howleens old red crochet pullover because my little sis didn't like it anymore and the colours are better on Lorna.
Then I made a fitting checkered skirt, and because I wanted it to look a little bit traditional and also because Lorna has fins at her arms, she also got a shawl. The outfit is very mixed up in patterns but I like how it came out. A little bit granny style, but Lorna is very happy with it. She told me that she likes the shawl best. I did an offwhite crochet border around it which really looks nice.

On Wednesday, Cleo again walked through town. Here she is under the medieval town wall of Olpe on her way up to Tedi, where she found again great stuff for new clothes.

Here she is home again, showing her haul.
You can imagine that from those pieces of fabric I can again make some clawsome new outfits for many of us. From most of the pieces she got two's and I need those to do dresses or pants. Just from the polka dot ones she only got one piece, so maybe I will walk to Tedi myself very soon and look if I can find another package of those so that I have two cloth pieces as well.

But I am very happy about all of those and have already some good ideas which one to use for whom.

Cleos spring dress, btw, had been made from two of those polka dot pieces as well which I got earlier.

Well, I am at the end of todays blogspot now and above you see two pictures from another walk I did, further up the village Günsen near Olpe. Was that windy and cold that day! Gladly I don't get cold so easily, and as you see, the walk was fun!

As usually, next weeks blog will be on Friday, and there is a Ghoul Special planned again. I don't want to bore you with just doing spring outfits and pictures from outdoors....

until then I just can recommend you again my Facebook site with doll news, video tipps and more.
You can find it here:

I hope you liked this post. If so or if not, feel free to comment here, on my fb site or in my fb groups.

Bye for today,

More Spring Outfits And Two Little Walks

Hello Readers,

Today it's me doing the blog, Cleo!

Of course Clawdeen is still busy with spring outfits, but I can show you some more today.

I was a little bit angry with her...
First lot for new spring clothes she drew had been mine, and I honestley didn't use one of my fathers charms or potions!
I agreed then not to be the very first because she made this so cute raincoat for me the week before.
But then - the first outfit was for Nefera! NEFERA!!! I am so sure my older sister cheated to be the first one to get an outfit!
And to make it worse - instead of letting ME being the next then to get my new outfit she drew further lots and seemed to forgot about me.

Last Sunday then, I took a walk near Blockhaus/ Drolshagen where the picture about had been taken and I thought about how to get my spring fashion next!
And I came out with going to her afterwards and tell her how I feel about being pushed more and more to the end, even though I should have been first.

What shall I tell you?

It worked out and Clawdeen started to sew my spring clothes on Tuesday, and they came out fangtastic!

But before I show them to you, I start in the correct order which ones she made before.

After she finished Venus' fashion Clawdeen made this one for Marisol Coxi.
Since this ghoul loves bright shining colours, she got a combination of a turquise cardigan, a magenta skirt, a lime green top which originally had been Barbies before but Clawdeen corrected it to Marisols size. Also she got a yellow translucent scarf.

Then, she finished a combination for her beast friend Draculaura on Sunday.
Our vampire friend got a white dress with red cherry blossom pattern and white lace at the bottom and a cardigan from the same material. Also, because the whole thing seemed to be a little bit boring without accessoires, Draculaura got a fitting red necklace.
Red isn't so her colour, I think, but with all this white she really looks nice in this.

And at least, here is mine which Clawdeen finished on Tuesday evening!
I really, really like it and perhaps, just perhaps it was worth waiting so long for it (but don't tell her).
I saw Clawdeens concept for it and that one included a golden cardigan and no lace, but I love how it came out at the end.
She used this mega-cute polka dots fabric, and istead of making the bottom from the same material she decided to use black lace, which lets it look so much more noble, as well as the black panne velvet cardigan.
As acesssoire she included this turquise necklace.
I know that even my sister is jealous because she said it wouldn't suit me which is the solid evidence!

After mine she was able to finish a spring outfit for my beast friend Ghoulia on Wednesday.

No lace this time, but flower motives.
Ghoulias fashion is a little bit Geek Chic but Ghoulia likes it as I do mine.
She got a red striped pullover with half sleeves and with flower motives and fitting socks together with a blue skirt and a red wooden pearl bracelet.

So, here is the next group picture with 5 of us in new fashion,
From left to right Venus, Draculaura, me, Clawdeen and Marisol - Ghoulia will be on the next pic, I guess.

Well, this final shot for today was taken on Wednesday morning when I have taken a little walk in our home town wearing my new spring fashion.
I am standing on a new built bridge on the outskirts, near our new station. Under the bridge is the Bigge and in the background you can see a part of the indoor pool with its huge water slide.
I am a little bit sad though that there weren't Normies out there to admire my new fashion.

Clawdeen took a walk as well on Monday, but we saved the pictures for later, this week was my blogweek, and now we are at the end.

If you are interested in more stuff please visit
where she tells you about YouTube founds and the latest MH news, whenever she can get some.

Goodbye for today,

First Outfits From The New Spring Line

Hello Blogmonsters,

Here is Clawdeen again.
Finally I managed to finish the first spring outfits for me and some of my friends. I am working on more, my sketchbook is full of ideas already.

What you see on this picture is part of my own outfit.
I really hate to crochet this golden yarn, but each time I finish a piece with it, it looks spooktaculair!
You`ll see.

But I don`t start with this outfit, I begin with showing you the one I finished first, and so on.

There had been one outfit I already finished in autumn, It had been Clawds. Here it is.

It was meant as a fall fashion first but then I thought it looks more like spring. It is a turquise tunic with huge flower motive and offwhite pants. The shoes had been fake Ken ones, Barbie told us as she gave them to us, but luckily they fit Clawds feet. Now he wears them with his winter outfit.

As you know, meanwhile I am drawing lots which of my friends and family gets new fashion first.

The first one was Cleo.... but I finished the weather clothing so shortly before, so when I spoke with her she agreed to get hers a little later.

Instead then, I drew Nefera.... hm.... I thought maybe one or both of the deNile sisters could have used one of their magical charms again, maybe.
However, so Nefera was the first one who got spring fashion, and Cleo wasn't really happy about this, You know her.

Nefera wears a pencil-case dress in turquise, and as planned for most of the spring outfits, there is lace. This time at the bottom of the skirt, and this time white.
The dress doesn`t have sleeves, but since spring evenings are not always so warm (and sometimes the days aren`t so either) she also got a cardigan.
It is a white lourex crochet spencer cardigan with ellbow long sleeves.
For her hair, she got a huge golden flower element.

Cardigans will be, as the lace, part of most of the spring outfits, as you`ll see, but they will hopefully all be very individual nevertheless.

The second outfit was for Honey Swamp, and I love how it came out.
It had been the first outfit I ever planned for her and it was planned a little bit different in colours and material, but I love the result and Honey likes it too.

I had saved this little pink hat with flowers for so long, and it looks so cute on her, don't you think?

The dress really was much work.
It bases on the same purple material as Cleos raincoat and I sew a broad silky flower edging onto it and also some green lace.
I think it is so her and fits her southern belle look perfectly.

Honey got a fitting cardigan as well,
This time sewn from powder pink fabric. Isn't this so cute on her?

Same background, different fashion.
Catty Noir got a light pink lourex crochet neckholder top, a magenta coloured skirt with white lace edging and a light blue jeans cardigan.
She told me it looks fangtastic and I am glad she likes it.

For Frankie I came up with a black, white and grey striped tube dress with white lace, again, and a silver cardigan.
Also, I gave her a silver rose as hair accessoire. She thinks it looks voltageous.

Here is a group picture of the first five fashions.
Even though some of the elements, as cardigans and lace, are repetetive, the fashion looks very different.

But don`t go away now, there are some more.
I worked on new fashion for more then two weeks now, and since I posted the Abbey Special here last week, I managed to finish some more.

I was very surprised that the next lot I drew was my own, but very glad also.
At the beginning, I didn`t really have an idea what to make for myself, so I played around with materials and this is what came out:

The golden crochet top with paillettes I now wear, together with a khaki and purple coloured skirt with purple lace edging and a khaki cardigan.
I like the result, its totally my style. I wasn't sure this would come out so clawsome and am totally happy with my latest look.

Here is a close-up of the skirt and the neckholder top.

And the last fashion I can show you is for Venus McFlytrap.
She got a pink dress with yellow lace edging, lucent magenta leggings and  a black wet-look cardigan. For her hair, she also got a yellow rose.

Well, we are now at the end of the blog.
I finished already one more outfit yesterday, this time for Marisol Coxi, but didn't take a picture yet, so you have to wait until next Friday to have a look on it and hopefully on some more outfits.

How do you like them?
We really would like to read what you think of the new pictures.
What about leaving a comment under this post or on

Thank you for watching my blog and a great week

yours
