Ghoulia Special

Hi Monsters,

Clawdeen here!

Today, I don't have new clothes that I could show you. I mean, I made new fashion, but not much, and I want to wait until I can show you three or more. From time to time, I don't have enough time to crochet or sew, or there are other things to do. Also, I didn't go on a walk or else.

We didn't get feedback so far from any of you what you'd like to see or read here. If anyone of you has ideas, feel free to write it as comment. We really would be happy about some friendly words from our followers! We are curious what you'd want to see.

When this happens, its of course difficult to do a Friday blog, and so Cleo and I had an idea what to do then until we know what you would like:

We show you the closets of our friends!
This week Ghoulia will present hers.

By the way, it is important for her to tell you something:

"Dear Monster High friends,
many of you may already know, but perhaps not anyone: I AM able to speak. What you perhaps understand as just a moan, is a dead language named Zombie. Yes, SloMo, the other zombies and I speak Zombie, and our friends who visit the same class know what we are talking of. Even Sir Hootsalot, my beloved owl, does kind of Zombie-Hooting... if you have seen the webisode with Jane Boolittle when the pets introduce themselves to her, you'll see that every pet speaks words, only Sir Hootsalot doesn't, it seems.
But now, I'll show you all the clothes I have got!"

"When I first came to Calaminthes home, I was styled like this. I still love the party dress I wear, but I really prefer my daily hairstyle. I was, by the way, the first Monster High student that lived here."

"But as everyone knows, the style and outfit I usually prefer is this! And yes, here is Sir Hootsalot as well."

"This is another favourite fashion I have, my Dead Fast T-shirt, fitting skirt, shoes and accessoires! Behind me, you see two pages of a Hunchback comic which came out as "Gespenstergeschichten"-special by Bastei. I really love comics! And I really love Dead Fast!"

This is another all-days fashion I really like. My favourite detail are those worm earrings. I bought it together with the next outfit I show."

"Here it is: My favourite summer dress.
Now I show you the outfits Clawdeen made for me."

"This is what I wear now. It had been first meant as winter dress, but now its my fall outfit."

"Here is the first outfit Clawdeen made for me: a striped sleeveless top and a red skirt with fitting beanie hat. It was the first self made outfit of them all, Clawdeen told me. Here I still combine it with my fishnet gloves."

"This is my outfit from the "Camouflage" series: A red pullover with short white sleeves and a camouflage skirt with straps."

"My beach outfit is a bathingsuit in 3 different colours (made of one yarn btw) and a pareo and fitting bandeau."

"These are my pajamas with fitting sleeping mask and house shoes!"

"And this is my new winter outfit which Clawdeen designed for me last year: sewn Jeans, a red, green and black crochet pullover and fitting hat and long scarf. I love it."

"A little bit early, but when I show you my clothes, I show you everything. Here is my christmas dress and hat. Clawdeen made those dresses and hats for most of the ghouls, at least for every monster which lived here last year. This year she will make some more for those of our friends who don't have one yet. So far, she managed to make each in a different colour."

"And last thing I can show you until now is my party clothing, a sewn skirt and  fitting top and a fascinator to make it more furricious.

This has been my complete warderobe, so far. Sure Clawdeen will make more clothes once. I felt honoured to be the first of the ghouls here who got a "Special". From time to time, there will be more of them, Clawdeen said. So at the end everyone who wasn't able to see Clawdeens fashion in a Facebook group so far has a chance to see those outfits here in the blogs.

Bye for today - I guess next week Clawdeen will present new outfits to you again, but you never know.

Yours xxx Ghoulia Yelps!"

More Autumn Fashion And One Party Dress

Hi dear Blogmonsters,

Clawdeen here again!

As you can read in the title, today I want to show you more fall or autumn fashion. And one new party dress.
On my portrait above you already can see some detail - yep, I managed to finish new fashion for myself again right this morning. I got some new earrings (from Tedi) and you can see the collar of my new black crochet pullover which I decided to be furricious glamourous gold!
As gold is my fave colour, of course I love to have golden clothes.
Cleo showed up and thought the new fashion would be for her... but not everything is for that mummy princess what is golden!
Well... enough said, now I show you the complete outfit!

Aaand here it is! It came out clawsome, didn't it? Over that black crochet pullover, I wear a black belt with gold lacing, and I made some furricious golden leggings which totally go with the outfit and with my open toe gold boots!
But I also made fashion for someone else this week.

Which is Abbey! For her, I made a crochet pullover and beanie from baby sock wool, a knee long  blue jeans skirt and a vest from black and grey fur! She hugged me because she was very happy: "Is right fashion for my Himalayean home but good for school also", she said!

Now here is a pic I took this morning with some of the autumn fashion I have done so far, later we want to go into the maul together.
Clawd is not on the pic, because we decided that the outfit I made for him last week was more spring fashion. But he wants to wear it this fall. At least he took the pic.
Um. So, here you can see some old and new fashion - from left to right Catrine de Mew with her new fall combo, Rochelle in the old pullover and skirt I made two years ago as winter fashion, but this year she sure will get something new for winter, with scarf and cap and pants. Then me in my brand new clothes, to my right Abbey in hers and on the right Ghoulia, also with an older dress which was first meant to be winter fashion but is more perfect for autumn.

Ah yes - and I promised you a new party dress in the beginning, didn't I?

And here it is: Frankie was the ghoul this time who got a new dress.
Amongst the old Barbie fashion we got last week, there had been this glittery black and blue dress (which had been some fake Barbie dress from the late 80ies or early 90ies), and Jinafire saw at once that the colours had been so Frankies!
So she took it, shortened the top and narrowed it down for her. Also Frankie got a fitting bracelet to make it perfect, and doesn't it look like it had been meant originally for her? Frankie is so happy to have a party dress at least made by us!

Now, this is the end of this weeks blog. Perhaps I can show more fall fashion to you next week, or perhaps I have some other ideas.

So bye for today, friends!

Some new fashion

Hi friends, here's Clawdeen again!

I have some fashion news for you, but first I tell you again where I went walking last time. Its 2 weeks ago, meanwhile, but last week I posted those pics of superhappy dolls, and this week I wasn't out walking.

The photo was taken on a hill named "Hohe Bracht" near us. As everywhere in this region, there is enough wood, and as a werwolf, of course I love strolling in the forests. On the "Hohe Bracht" there is also a lookout tower and a restaurant, but I left that place out because it is always full of normies. In winter, you can do skiing here also. The town you see downhills in the background is called Lennestadt.

But now, as I promised you, the lastest fashion news.

Since it is not far from the autumn, I started making a fall clothes collection. For some of the ghouls, I have made some before, but this year, the first one is for Catrine. It is a black crochet skirt and striped pullover that fits, and a dark purple cap with holes for her ears (which you cannot see on the picture.)

This is what I came up with for my brother. At the end, its more spring then fall fashion, but he likes it. The shirt was made from an old self made Ken shirt . (Yes, I never told you there are living a lot of Barbie dolls here as well!) The shoes are from Hasbro's Paul doll, I think, but Clawd is glad they fit because he only has those sandals and those ar not really fall or winter shoes.

Yeah, I visited Barbie living here and she gave me some old stuff I could use for doing new fashion for my Monster High friends.

For Nefera, I made another party dress  from an old Barbie Charleston dress. The acessoires that came with the dress were not okay anymore, there had been a feather boa but the feathers meanwhile fell out and ruined the fitting velvet gloves alot. Maybe I will use the rest of those accessories for other outfits. Fact is, this Charleston dress was perfect for Nefera.

One of the best thing was, Barbie gave some really cool accessoires to us. These earrings Ghoulia wears were just one clawsome pair we now have, there are some more. They are not really Barbie accessoires, they had been all fake, but I so love them. I also found a green pair and a black and gold drops and more. They will be spread amongst my friends during the next weeks.

But for this week, thats all. Bye for today. I cannot tell you what I may come up with next week, it depends on which of my friends comes and want new clothes, where Cleo or I may go to or on other ideas I have for future posts.

Pictures of superhappy dolls

Hello, all, Cleo here!

Sorry, Clawdeen is still busy with doing some sewing, so it seems I have to do the friday blog.
And it is fun, because today I have something special.

the winner of the bracelets from our giveaway, superhappy, got us some pics, and I can't wait to show them to you. Even if you didn't want (or get) this bracelet set, you may like it now, but you may still find it in the stores, if so. We bought it at MĂĽller.

So, here are superhappy's pics:

It seems that her Jackson and SloMo had to carry the huge load, and that Frankie cannot wait it to be opened.

Here Frankie shows you the exiting part of the set, which are the 18 charms, the reason, we thought, this package would be fun to have. They are so cute! And Frankie seems to be happy too.

Here you can see SloMo holding a Ghoulia charm in his hands. Maybe he will place it on his nightstand so that he can look at her before he falls asleep?

and here is Jackson (at least a past of him) who wears one of the bracelets as belt with a Frankie charm as belt buckle. Looks fangtastic, doesn't it?

and, last, another picture of superhappys Cleo (hi doll sister, I really love your style!) next to a little scetch of us both made by Calaminthe to cover something on the used envelope.

So, thats it. The pictures are soo cute, superhappy, thank you so much for sending them to us, and have fun with the bracelets.

I am not sure if Clawdeen will post her stuff tomorrow, possibly she now waints until next week. But don't you have already enough new pictures to look at?

Bye for today, yours, Cleo!

the winner of the bracelets

Hello, my dear monsters! Cleo today....

Its Sunday, the 3rd, and as I promised, our giveaway ended yesterday. I wanted to get 20 followers, but it seems that goal was a little bit too high... at least there had been just 2 of you who had been interested in the giveaway.

Well, it is how it is. I promise you that we will have more giveaways in the future, and we will see, what prices we will choose then.

But now to this one.

Of course I needed a confidential assistant, and here she is:

My biest friend, Ghoulia Yelps!

Well, so we had these two lots which looked a little bit boring. We brainstormed a bit, and of course it had been Ghoulia who had a good idea!

For both of those who entered, we made 5 lots!

So here they are, folded in a huge box, and now Ghoulia can pick a winner.

Yep, some of you may ask, how can a doll pick a winner, but here you see how. Ghoulia taped her hand and picked one of the notes.

And the winner of the bracelets is:

superhappy!!!
hehe... we hope you are...superhappy! ;-)

Congrats to you, superhappy! And so sorry, Nikita, that you didn't get them. Perhaps you have better luck in our next giveaway.

And this is what you won. We'll contact you for your adress, and then we will send those cute bracelets to you!

So, this had been three posts this weekend. I think next weekend there will be just one again, but who knows. If there is anything exiting, Clawdeen or I will let you know.

Ah! Summer!

Hi ghouls and mansters! Clawdeen here...

Yeah, summer!

I really love to stroll around in the woods, and this is what I did again last Sunday. I tried out my new workout clothes and went into the woods. This time, it was on a hill called "Ewiger Fuhrmann" I have been told. Its near Krombach/Siegen in Germany. The place you can see in the background is called Littfeld.

As you can see, I made some more pictures there, I liked the place.

Here I make a little chill in the grass, let the sun shine on my fur.

And this is me relaxing on the window sill of a little refuge. I really enjoyed this walk.

Afterwards, I was fit enough for making a new outfit together with Skelita and Jinafire. Its the first we made for Viperine, a summer outfit including a black crochet neckholder top, culottes with flower pattern and some Jewellery.

Also, I made this purple crochet camouflage catsuit, and Jinafire added the glass bead necklace.
But this was finished on Monday.

For Draculaura, I finished a black and white crochet dress and an apron since she has a little job now in a café.

Of course Clawd offered her to bring her there...

So, this is all for today, but not for this week. Remember? There is still the giveaway. Tomorrow is the absolute last chance to win it and then the giveaway is closed, and on Sunday Cleo will announce a winner.
