Don't be afraid, of course there will be more next year!

Well, maybe you would like to know what we planned to do next year?

I can't tell you exactly, it depends on what we will be able to get, what I can work with and how much interest is still there.

We lost readers this year, but lateley, the numbers rise again, gladly, and that's a good reason to go on.

Are there going to be Giveaways?

Well.... also maybe. I think we won't do those as regulary as we did before, because the christmas giveaway didn't find your interest. 2 of my readers, though, can wait to get a little something in January (those two know whom I mean).

Okay, time to end everything for now with something I want to show you.

I made myself a clawsome new Gala dress to celebrate the Boo Years Eve!

Here it is, from the back.

It is made of a golden paillette fabric which Calaminthe found and brought to me, and I fell in love with it at once! And knew what to sew out of it!

Here you have a look at the front.

Oh, I love this dress! It is so shiny and shimmering and bling-blingy!

To complete the look, I added a pair of long golden mesh gloves and purple rhinestone earrings (Calaminthe found the second one at least and gave it to me, yay!)

Well, with this look I really am looking forward to a nice 2019.

Merry Christmas!

Hello, Ghouls, Mansters and Normies,

I am Cleo deNile.

And I know, its a tiny bit early, but this is the christmas blogspot.

We PROBABLY could be a little busy tomorrow and of course the days afterwards, so we thought we'll post a bit earlier then usually.

Mainly, this blogspot is all about christmas greetings from some of us dolls... I mean - all are greeting, but that would be a BIG blogspot, so we decided only to make pictues of a few. There are a lot of dolls here in Calaminthe's home, I can tell you.

Well, but before, I wanted to show you my early Christmas presents.

Calaminthe found and altered these cute golden earrings to match my christmas outfit this year!

They are Reindeer and she found those in Müller and altered them just a tiny bit so I can wear those...

Deuce told me that Reindeer are like a nothern version of gazelles, kind of... Isi Dawndancer told me she would liked to have those earrings as well, but these are mine.

And Clawdeen made me this wonderful big mummy sleeping bag, so I have something comfy when travveling.

It has two sides, as you can see... a blue one...

And this golden one, which I think I prefer being on the outside!

As you can see, its really cozy and I am very looking forward to try it out on a future journey!

The crochet pajamas plus sleeping mask and shoes had been made by Clawdeen a while ago.

Well, but now to the Christmas pictures!

New Christmas Fashion

Hello Ghouls and Mansters,

I am Clawdeen Wolf, and I have brand boo Christmas fashions for my Monster High friends, all self made, again.

Would you like to see what I came up with, and for whom this year?

Here we go:

Here is Ghoulia Yelps in her Christmas fashion.

For her, I made a top and skirt combination from white polka dotted material. The dots are green and red, and so I thought its both perfect for Ghoulia and for the Howlidays.

The collar has red bordering, and so has the bottom of the skirt, and it also has a layer of translucent red material, and to make it even more festive, I glued on silver stars all over the border.

As accessories, Ghoulia wears white and silver bead earrings and a pointsettia ornament headband.

Chinese dragoness Jinafire Long has a combination in dark red with golden heart pattern.

Of course she created hers herfelf.

The top has a golden border from the top to the bottom which looks like a closure, and golden mesh material border around the bottom.

Her skirt also has a layer of the golden mesh material.

In her ears she is wearing self made earrings, made from little golden fir cones she saved from an old christmas ornament.

For Moanica D'Kay, I made a circle skirt and a top from bright green fabric hat has a golden floral pattern.

It's only decoration is a corset lacing made from golden bead ribbon.

Her earrings are more oval but perfectly fit the colours of the dress.

Catrine de Mew also has a cute combination of top and skirt.

Mainly, it is made from a blue fabric with little snow flakes which I used before for a fall dress for Abbey.

To give it a more festive look, I glued on tiny white rhinestones at the front of the top.

The skirt instead got a second layer OVER the blue fabric, made of fine white tull with silver glitter sprinkles. It has a white bordering at the bottom.

Catrine is wearing a pair of christmas tree earrings.

For Frankie Stein, I found a nice christmassy checkered material in dark red and dark green with golden stars all over.

I meant it for Lorna McNessie first, but the colours suited Frankie better.

The top hs a golden collar, and the combination is belted with golden present ribbon material. I glued on some little green and red rhinestones there, so it matches with the clawsome Christmas earrings Calaminthe found, together with others, in Müller.

I just altered them a bit to fit Frankies ears.

Well, this is the last of this years Christmas fashion I finished.

It is for Gigi Grant.

Her combination is made from dark blue material with golden sprinkles.

The top is without extras, but the skirt has glued on golden star paillettes, and she is wearing a big belt made of a border I found last year at my local fabric store. It has fangtastic bead decoration at the bottom, and when I saw it, I knew it would be perfect for oriental styles, like Gigi and Cleo love to wear.

Gigi doesn't have earrings, but instead she is wearing a big golden bow in the ponytail.

Well, and that is all for today.

My plan had been to create two more this year, but I was a bit late and so instead I started on winter fashion now, it is about time.

REVIEW: Harry Potter and Ron Weasley Mattel Dolls

Hello, there!

Do you know me?

I am Harry Potter - the chosen one, as some call me... Professor Snape, one of my Hogwarts teachers, has other names for me though...

My friends call me Harry.

And my best friends are Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

Today, the blogspot is about Ron Weasley and me.

Before I start:

Yes, the Winter Giveaway is closed. It seems nobody had been interested in the Mc2 Doll.

But don't worry. She will find a new place. We are sure somebody will be interested in her, Calaminthe will sell her locally.

Maybe, that was the last giveaway of this blog though.

Calaminthe doesn't want to give away more of her Monster High dolls at the moment, and it seems you don't have much interest in other doll series, maybe.

Do you have interest in us?

No, we will not be given away, but you can still buy us in shops.

Well, let's start the reviews.

First, mine. I am:

HARRY POTTER

as in 

HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF ASCABAN

Here, still in my box.

The box is the same as Hermiones that is already reviewed.

Of course, on mine, you will find MY name and MY picture.

And on the boxes back you see how I look like wearing my cloak.

The rest of the box is the same.

So, here is how I am pinned on the background.

You will get me, my wand and my school cloak.

Here am I, freed from the box.

As my fans know, I was sorted into the house of Griffindor.

My right hand is shaped to hold my wand, the second hand has a neutral pose.

My wand is dark brown, looks like the one I have in the Movies and has a little handle so I can hold it more properly. 

Calaminthe prefered to have it fixed with a rubberband instead so I sure wouldn't loose it.

Here is a close-up of my face.

I am wearing black glasses without "glass".

My eyes are blue like in the movies and I have my signature scar under my bangs.

My hair is molded of plastic, it is dark brown - almost black, and short.

The glasses can be turned off, and here is how I look like without.

Ron and I both are wearing a grey sweater with printed on red and yellow stripes at the bottom and the top, the Griffindor colours. The tie that is part of our school uniform is also printed on, the collar is sewed on.

Our trousers are very dark grey - here they look not so dark because of the flashlight.

Ron and I both come with a pair of black laced shoes.

Um... here is how my bodys looks like, Rons as well.

We have articulation at the head, shoulders, ellbows, wrists, hips and knees.

And of course Ron and I have the same cloak which easily fits over the rest of our school uniform.

The cloaks are black, long, open at the front, have a Griffindor sticker and a hood.

Now to my friend Ron, here in the box.

His box has of course too a movie picture of himself at the front, and his name.

And a picture of the doll on the back.

Here you see how Ron looks like, complete with wand and cloak.

His wand is middle brown, also has a handle and looks like it is taped after we had this... um... little accident with his father's flying Ford Anglia...

And here is a close-up of Ron.

He has red molded hair, blue eyes and a grin that is so typical for him.

His eye colour is blue.

Well, end of reviews.

And here is a second one, which looks more like it would have been in the Forbidden Forest.

It is a while ago since we made the last Giveaway, and since the reading numbers of our blog sank, Calaminthe asked herself if  we should do another giveaway.

At least, she decided we would.

And that giveaway is the 2018 Christmas or winter one, because we are not sure we gan send away anything off before January 2019, sorry.

The MAIN PART of what you can get is this Mc² Doll.

She is complete with everything she came with, even the instructions. She just doesn't have her box anymore.

These are 10 or 11 fabric patches with which you can sew clothes for your dolls. If you don't want to have them in case you win, you just might tell us. Not everybody liked to be creative for her/his doll.

These patches all have different quality and ages. There are some new pieces and some downcycled ones also.

Maybe there will even be more at the time Calaminthe will send off the package. We are drowning in sewing material.

There are some pieces without pattern, some christmas themed stuff, one Halloween one and a chiffon ne which is old and sadly begins to loose the wonderful gold print it has (the green one in the middle), but the other pieces are okay. They have the size of a DIN A 4 paper, kind of, and every piece is enough for at least a top, pants, skirt or else depending on the size your doll has.

If you are interested please ask Calaminthe for more... she will cut more. You want some with floral prints or prefer T-Shirt material in different colours? Calaminthe can add some for you, of course!

REVIEW: Boo York Boo York Luna, Mouscedes, Elle 3-Pack

Hello everybody!

We are Luna Mothews, Mouscedes King and Elle Eedee.

You might know us already from the Monster High Musical Boovie "Boo York Boo York" which came out on DVD 2015.

We came to Calaminthes home a while ago, first with our Gala dresses.

But today, we want to show you that there had been other fashion for us to wear, in a 3-Pack, and this is what we want to show you today.

Here is us, still in the box. 

The boxes of the Boo York Boo York doll lines are already reviewed, so we just will have a quick view on it today. On the left side, you will find a house silhouette with the series name on it and also the MH logo.

In the middle, there is a picture of an apple that says: "Latest BFF's" in several languages and on the right, you will find artwork of us three together with a lantern that has our names on it like street names.

Under the box, next to other infearmation, you will find the hint how to pull us apart and to push us together again so that it is easy to dress us.

Like in most of the three-and-more-doll-packs, there aren't any diaries, brushes and doll stands, but you will find those together with our single versions.

I am Elle Eedee.

I am a robot, and this is how you will find me in this three pack.

I am wearing a little spencer jacket in metallic colours over a one-shoulder dress and a turquise necklace.

The dress has an electronic parts pattern and is mainly green, purple and white.

I really like clean looks, this is what my style usually is all about.

My purple boots match my robot look and have hydraulic parts at the bottom.

Golden Scary and Gala Elle Eedee Review

Hi, I am Luna Mothews, daughter of the moth man.

Today, I am wearing a cute little dress with sparkling black no-halter dress, sewed-on silver belt details and a wide skirt that shows the Boo York skyline at night. Main colours are black with red, a little yellow and silver.

My style? Well, I am a goth-moth, but like some bright colours in my clothes as well sometimes.

The accessorie I come with are red moth-shaped sunglasses which I am wearing on my head, but on the second pic you see how they look when on my eyes, they give me even more facette eyes then I usually have.

And here are my black boots with buckles and cocoon-shaped heels.

Gala Luna Mothews Review

Hello, I am Mouscedes Kind and the daughter of the rat kink, so no - I am not a mouse!

My style is Upper-Beast-Side.

As you can see on this picture, my outfit has two parts: a top and a skirt. I am showing it from the back first so you can see how it is velcroed: The skirt has two velcros so my rat tail has space.

The top I am wearing is yellow satin with a swiss cheese pattern.

The skirt is pleaded, turquise green and has a black checkered-kind of design on it and a black belt sewn on.

My shoes are pink sandals with nut-cracker design at the heels and big bows in the back.
