REVIEW: Glitter Skates Steffi Love / Fashion Boutique Pure Party Dress

Hello Blogreaders,

my name is Britta. It is the name Calaminthe has chosen for me, because my real name is Steffi Love, but of course not every SL Doll Calaminthe has can't have the same name, can we?

Three weeks ago, Simba Toys surprised Calaminthe with a package including these two Steffi Love Dolls (I am one of them) as a Thank for her Swap Style Steffi Review. You can find the review here.

Of course Calaminthe was very happy and of course we both will be reviewed... but today it is all about me, first, and a SL Fashion Pack Calaminthe ordered on amazon.

I am:

GLITTER SKATES STEFFI LOVE

and here is my box review, first.

The box has a plastic front with pink corners at the top that show glitter stars on a pink background.

On the bottom, you can find my name and a photo of me.

Let's have a look around the box. Here is the top. No Logo on it, just the glitter star background and some teal bordering.

On the left side, there are some glittery pink swirls on a purple background withglitter stripes.

The right side (sorry for the blurry picture) continues the theme and repeats the photograph.

The back continues the glitter and stripes theme, the name of the doll series and repeats the foto, just bigger, but there are also hints how I look when not skating and how to use my skates as normal shoes.
On the bottom, there is some firm information.

Here is the boxes bottom with some warning hints and some further information.

The interesting part for a collector may be this one, where you can see my size and, right under it, my serial number.

What Calaminthe liked was, when opening up the box, she found this sheet of paper that shows how you can free me from my box inlay without damaging me.

This is the back side.

Well, now to the name part, which is me of course.

Here I am still on the inlay, and you can see that I come with a helmet, ellbow and knee pads and of course a pair of skates.

Those skates are two in one: A pair of shoes inside of some pink skates.

Here I am out of the box, with all the accessories on.

I am a full jointed SL doll. I will show you in detail later.

Here is my helmet. It is hot pink with glitter and it has two pegs where you can open or close the belt.

Here is a close-up of my face wearing the helmet.

Without the helmet, you can see that I have long blonde hair that is hold together in an asymetric ponytail with an orange rubber band. The front has bangs.

I am the typical blonde pale skin Steffi Love dolls with blue eyes.

I am wearing pink eyeshadow and silver highlighter, pink blush and pink lipstick that matches the colour of my complete theme and clearly shows: Steffi Love loves pink.

I am wearing a sleeveless light pink belly free top with glittery motives at the front, like a mouth and hearts. It velcros at the back.

On the picture you also see my ellbow pads which are, like the helmet, hot pink with glitter.

I am also wearing a mimi skirt which has an iridescent pink and too velcros in the back.

The knee pads matches ellbow pads and helmet.

BTW: The pads are a little bit hard to pull over my legs and my ellbows, but once they are there, they perfectly fit and will not slide down.

Well, now to the skates/shoes double. Here you see how they look together.

The skates are pink, and from the top you can see how the shoes can be placed inside of them, save with the heel. The wheels don't really roll, but duh. I think it is a nice idea to be able to pull them off.

The ankle boots that are part of the skates are high heeled and don't have detail, but that is totally fine They look cute, but are hard to pull on and off, be careful when pulling them off so you don't damage my ankle joints!

Oh yes, the joints!

There are a lot of them, and I love it. The other SL dolls here are a bit jealous that I have movement not only at the neck, shoulders and hips, but also at the ellbows, wrists, knees, ankles and hip!

This, my modern look and my bangs hairstyle makes me being Calaminthes favourite SL doll, she said!

And now I will skate a little bit before I show you my latest fashion which Calaminthe bought on amazon.

Well, I am back and here it is.

The dress is packed in a blister pack that has a party background in pink with black silhouetts on the bottom. ON the left, it says FASHION BOUTIQUE in big white letters.

On the fronts bottom, it saiys Steffi Love, "Pure Party" and has a very cute artwork of an SL doll wearing a party dress.

The back has the usual firm information and warning hints.

And of course, right above the Simba logo, is a barcode, the doll size (you can see that the fashion will not only SL dolls but also Barbie and others that share my size) and the serial number.

And here I am, dressed for party!

First of all: The dress has a nice quality and perfectly fits! Thank you very much, Simba Toys!

The dress has three parts:

The top part is stiff lourex material in silver, cut as a bustier. It doesn'T have straps but perfectly fits and doesn't slide down, luckily.

The middle is a black belt part.

And the bottom is a hot pink satin bubble skirt.

This dress is so C.U.T.E.!

Here are the shoes, nice silver sandals that totally look good together with the dress.

Shoes and dress speak for themselves and don't need further accessories.

It really is a great dress for the low price sector!

Other firms have more expensive fashion that sadly don't have the good quality this one has... collectors know what I am speak about.

And me as a doll am a very great doll for to play with, Calaminthe says!

Well, time to say goodbye for today!

Have a great weekend, party on, skate or do whatever you like, and also have a nice week!

REVIEW: Barbie You Can Do Anything Barista

Hello friends,

My name is George. IT is not my official name, but the name Calaminthe gave to me, and I like it.
I am working as a Barista.

Today the blogspot is about me, it is a review and also later you will see two Fashion Packs I have.

Here am I still unboxed, and as you can see on the picture above, I am:

BARBIE YOU CAN BE ANYTHING BARISTA

Well... I am not Barbie, of course, and also you don't see on the boxes front what I do, but you can of course guess it from what I am wearing.

LEts begin with my box, so I can come out of it.

The box is a Blister box with the whole front and side made from clear plastic, and only the back is cardboard.

On the bottom there is told you that I am part of the Barbie dolliverse, and the name of the carreer series that I am part of: "You can be anything".

Also it says that I am for ages 3 and up.

And on the left, you can see an artwork of Ken and Barbie.

The boxes back is mainly pink and will give you more information about me and others that are part of the carreer series, as well as a lot of firm information.

You also will find this photo of me, and on the left there is said "When a girl plays with Barbie, she imagines everything she can become."

Even a Barista, in their games... like me.

Also, you can find pictures of others that are part of this doll line.

When you open up the box, you will find this display behind your Barista doll.

Why don't I show you how I am pinned on it? Because I wasn't, I was loose in the box.

At this part of the review it usually is said which accessories you will find.
And since there aren't many, I can tell you that I don't come with a brush or a doll stand, because this is a Low Budget Doll line.

The background shows a coffe bar, of course.

And here is me and everything I come with, which is a coffee-to-go cup.

And for what should I need a brush? My hair is molded on!

So, let's start with my head. I have a light brown skin and a friendly open-mouth facemold.

My eyes and my eyebrows are brown, as is my hair.

From the profile, you can see that my hair is styled in a Hipster style "man-bun".

I am wearing a grey short sleeve T-Shirt under a Barista apron. Sadly, the apron and all the accessories are not a single piece, but printed on the front of the T-Shirt.

The apron has nice details, like leather look straps, a picture of a cup with coffee, Barista tools and pens in pockets, as well as a smartphone, glasses and a note block. Would that have been great if all these had been real accessories to play with. This way the whole thing just looks detailed.

Here you can see how the back is just plain grey and shorter as the front. You can open the T-Shirt-Apron with velcro in the back.

Also, I am wearing "Jeans". The Jeans fabric has a used look and also just is printed on the fabric. It doesn't have any pocket details and an elastic at the top, so they are more like "jeggings".

Also I am wearing a pair of white sneakers. On the left you can see a more detailed picture of the cup I am accessorized with.

I have a "regular sized" Ken doll body with movement points at the neck, the shoulders and the hips.

Now to one of the outfits I have.

This one is coming in a black and white Fashion Pack box.

It has the number FKT44 FXJ36 on the back - its what I think the number of the outfit.

Out of the box, you can see how it looks on me.

It is a fading jeans shirt that is closed at the front. The details are printed on.

Also, there are Bermuda Shorts with a floral design.

And also part of the outfit is a brown bracelet.

The shoes I am wearing are NOT part of the Fashion Pack, sadly - they are my original ones.

Here is the second new outfit I got, still in its box.

And here is the identification number which you can find on the boxes back.

This Fashion Pack has a college style jacket which is open at the front and doesn' t have any closure. Sadly, there isn't a shirt or top to be worn under it.

The jacket has a pattern that is mainly in white, blue and ocre colours, white sleeves and is trimmed in blue. It is made from a satin kind of material.

Also part of the pack are ocre Bermuda Shorts with elastic waist. The bottom of them doesn't have a seam.

This time the white sneakers I am wearing are part of the outfit.

I am honest: I would totally have liked this outfit if there had also been a top, I miss it badly here, and even though there isn't a seem at the bermuda's bottom, the outfit looks cool.

And here we are - at the end of todays blogspot.

Goodbye, have a relaxed cup of good coffee, a great weekend and an awsome week!
