Random Barbie Fashion Packs

Hello, Blogreaders,

today, I have an aching neck.
I can't sit at my Desktop PC for too long, and so todays blogspot just will show you a teeny-tiny part of my Fashion-Pack collection, randomly shown on random Barbie dolls I have.

I hope next week my neck will be fine again so I can stay a little bit longer here and again do a "normal" Blogspot with Clawdeen, who is working on more outfits.

At the moment, there are also big changes in my life, so I don't have as much time as generally in future for making outfits for my dolls (oops, Clawdeen of course does most of them) and for blogging, but I will try to hold the blog as long as there is still any interest.

So, for today, there are some Fashion fotos of Barbie dolls.

I hope you enjoy them,

Happy Weekend and great week,

💋💋💋

Calaminthe

These Hello Kittie Outfits are quite new.

These 5 had been outfits that came together with a collectors magazin in 2000.

It was from RBA Fabri and had different themes.
It seems it was a spanish magazin. Here in Germany it was called:

"Entdecke die Welt mit Barbie" (Explore the world with Barbie)

A single fashionpack on my first curvy fashionista and on my MTM Basketballer Halee.

Some random single outfit packs from around 2000.

Part of a fp with three different outfits in it.

Another old random fp worn by California Girl Summer.

Again part of an old 3-pack.

These are all fashions of different 3-packs. I tried how they would fit on Tall, Curvy and Petit dolls...

Another one of the old single outfit packs.

This is my Bridal Fashion collection. Sorry that it is so blurry.

Meanwhile there is another Ken doll in one of the glass frames (found years ago in Ikea and perfect for displaying Barbies.

My Ballerina Barbie doll is also there, just because she is wearing a white tutu...

A close-up of one of those dresses on my old Mattel Disney Belle.

Here is another one on a Teresa, together with a cute dressed Marissa Shelly doll.

More random old fp's. This time shot for a "green" themed week in one of my fp doll groups.

This one is new, and it is originally a Ken fp, but the package said Barbie. I think it looks awesome on my MTM Dancer "Jazz".

And here is the last one I have on photo so far, a Safari themed carreer outfit that is old as well, maybe from the early 2000's.

REVIEW: Made To Move Barbie Dolls

Hello Blogspotters,

Hello, my name is Emma.

Clawdeen Wolf asked me to do this weekends blogspot.

Emma is not the name I had when I still had been in the stores but the name Calaminthe gave to me.

I am a Made To Move Barbie doll, one of six who live here at the moment and the first one Calaminthe brought home 2016, but more are planned.
I thought it was about time to be reviewed.

Well, Calaminthe didn't take detailed review pictures of everybody, but I want to give you a general overview over the Made To Moves (MTM).

On the picture above, I am wearing the T-Shirt I came with, so some collectors call me the "Yellow MTM Barbie".

The shirt is belly free, lime yellow and has a second, pink layer at the bottom.

Also I am wearing black simple yoga pants.

On this picture you can see me together with my best friend, the "Blue MTM Barbie".

She also came out 2016, but Calaminthe got her later, her friend Jianne found her in a shop.

"Blue MTM" is called Peyton by Calaminthe which is much nicer then just be called the colour of your shirt, and of course her T-Shirts colour is blue with orange at the bottom. She is also wearing a pair of yoga pants in black.

We are both part of the first MTM series that came out.

My skin is dark and I am an afro american type with brown eyes and brown hair in a curled bun on top of my head with some lighter streaks.

Peyton is a european type with red open hair, greyish brown eyes and freckles.

We both are dressed sporty which is, so far, a main theme for the MTM`s in yoga style.

Here is a picture of Peyton right in the box, my own box looked very much the same, but there are no pictures.

It is a blister box with plastic at the front and the sides, and on the front bottom there is the pink Barbie Logo and the name of the series: "Made To Move Fitness".

On the boxes back there are pictures of Peyton and two more dolls that had been avalable in the same series, one blonde in a pink shirt and one with brown hair in a turquise shirt. There also had been an asian one.

The doll was pinned on a colourful background full of photos that showed different MTM's all in random poses, accessories and fashion.

So, what is special about the MTM's, what differs them from other Barbie dolls?

Clearly it is the body.

Here you can see it nude to see how unbelievable bendable our bodies are!

We have 22 points to move:

The neck, the shoulders, the upper arms, two poiints at the ellbow that make it possible to bend the arms more then ever before, the hands, the hips, the upper legs, double joints also at the knees so we can knee down like no Barbie before and the feet.

This makes us posable like never before!

Look at Peyton on her knees!

Here she is bending backwards.

And on this picture we excercise together.

This is Klara.

She loves Soccer. She is also a MTM, and she came to us in 2017.

Calaminthe is sorry that all the pictures she took back then of Klara are so dark.

Here is a box picture.

You could get the Soccer Player as blonde and as dark skinned doll.

Both had been wearing the same jersey. The dark one again came out this year, but not as MTM, just as a carreer doll. She looks the same as the MTM version but only has 5 points of articulation.

As you can see, there had been changes on the boxes front.

On the bottom, you can now see Barbies Logo together wirh an artwork of her and two friends and a soccer ball.

The back mainly is pink and white, has the usual firm information and a picture of the included doll.

Next to the picture it is said: "Football Player" in different languages and also "Football is fun, exiting and all about teamwork".

Under the big photo you can see a tiny one that shows other dolls that had been part of this series: A brown haired skateboarder and a blonde martial arts one.

When opening up the box, Klara had been pinned on this background that shows part of a stadium.

Here is she, freed from the box.

Of course she brings her own Barbie doll sized soccer ball.

The football or soccer player MTM came with her hair combed into a ponytail with black rubber band as a headband.

The blonde one has light brown skin, the Barbie facemold and blue eyes.

She is the "typical" Barbie, but of course not everybody in this house who is called Barbie by Mattel can have the same name, right?

This is why Calaminthe gave us all own names, in this case, as told before: Klara!

The top of Klaras jersey is mainly black with pink at the front, white stripes, a white printed on collar and a big 59 as number on the front.

Why 59? Well, possibly because it is the year Barbie first had been published!

The shorts are all black with a rubber band waist and a tiny 59 at one leg.

The Soccer MTM is wearing yellow socks with pink and white stripes at the top and white shinpads underneath.

And she has a pair of white soccer shoes with pink stripes and laces.

This one is the Made To Move Dancer, the next one moving in here.

Calaminthes name for her is "Jazz".

Her box looks much like the one of Klaras, just that instead of a soccer ball there is a boombox artwork together with Barbie and her friends.

Again, the back shows the doll included and this time it says in different languages "Dancer" and: "Dancers can perform many styles including jazz, ballet, tap, modern and hip-hop.

Jazz looks like a hip-hopper.

Here she is pinned on her background that shows a dance practice room.

Here she is, freed from the box, together with her purple boom box.

And here you can see the main difference to me, Peyton and Klara:

While we all have the normal sized Barbie body, Jazz is a curvy! And she was the first curvy MTM that came out.

The articulation is the same, though.

Jazz' skintone is darker then Klaras but much lighter then mine, she has grey eyes and beautiful hot pink open hair.

Her eyes are light grey.

One one side near her light pink lips, ours has a beauty mark, but we are sure that this is a factory mistake and makes Jazz unique between all the other dancers, its in the material.

Here is a picture of the purple boom box. The phone included at the front is just printed on.

When Jazz came to us she was wearing two tops:

The upper one is a short white jersey style one, again with the 59 in black printed on it and some black stripes. It is extremeley short and ends under her breast.

Under it, she has a black bandeau top that is a bit longer, but also belly free.

Also, she is wearing blue jeggings that have rubber band at the waist.

The used look, zipper and pockets are printed on details.

At the back, the jeggings are plain.

She is also wearing a pair of turquise sneakers.

This is "Made To Move Fitness Strawberry Blonde".

She is part of the second wave with yoga themed MTM dolls, and as you can see, her box again looks very much like the ones of the first series again.

At the back of the box, you can see all four dolls that are parts of this series:

The strawberry blonde, a light blonde and two afro americans, one with lighter and one wih darker skin, both with different brown hairstyles.

They are all wearing the same clothes again, just the colours of the pants vary a bit.

Here is ours.

Calaminthe called her "Berry".

Berry also is a curvy MTM doll.

Berrys hair is - as told - strawberry blonde, bound together with a black rubber headband and falling down in waved at her back.

Her eye colour is a very light brown, I'd say, and her skin tone is pale.

Berrys top is grey with a little grey knot detail at the bottom and sewed on second layer in peach.

Her pants have a rose print, mainly blue.

This is, so far, the last MTM Calaminthe brouht home. She came here just like two weeks ago, and she is the "Made To Move Basketballer".

Here is her box from the back.

Next to her picture, it is sdaid: "When a girl plays with Barbie, she images everything she can become."

Under it you can again see four little images of MTM Barbies avbalable:

The blonde soccer, a baseballer, a gymnastic dancer and the dancer.

The basketballer is pinned on the background like she would dunk a basketball into the net (I don't know how its called in english) in a basketball stadium.

Here she is, freed from the box.

Her new name is Halee.

And she again has a new MTM body type: She is a tall Barbie!

We don't have a nude body picture of her - you already now know about how many joints the mtm have, Halee doesn't make a difference. She just is a little bit taller then the normal sized Barbie doll.

You will find the same body sizes on Fashionistas and Carrier dolls... just - the mtms have much more articulation.

Well, the Basketballer, or Halee, came with a Barbie doll sized Basketball that has the logo printed on together with Barbies silhouette in black. It also has a little handle that can be pulled over her finger like a ring and makes it possible for her to pose with the ball.

Halee has a skin colour that is slightly brown and brown eyes. I'd say, her face looks a little bit polynesian.

Her hair is dark brown and styled in a sidepart ponytail.

Her jersey is of course a basketball top and shorts, it is mainly white with blue and with pink accents.

The shirt says "Mattel", "Malibu (the u is changed out against a burning basket ball) and... yes, again: a 59!

Happy 60eth Birthday Barbie btw! ;-)

The back has velcro and repeats the 59 with pink stars above.

Here are the matching pants with a rubber band waist.

Halees sneakers are hot pink. They are the same style sneakers as Jazz' ones.

Well, we are now at the end of todays long review blogspot, and you now know all of us mtm's in Calaminthes home, names and all.

Here is our group picture. More mtm's could follow...

Calaminthe hopes that in future there could be petite ones, or Ken ones, or maybe even Skipper or Chelsie or other sized ones, would that be great!

Time to say goodbye.

Have a great weekend - maybe a sporty one? - and an awesome week!

Goodbye,

smooches,

xoxox

Emma!
